1. Who we are

Honcho House is a basketball competition in Lagos, Nigeria, built and operated by Velocity Sports Labs (VSL). "We", "us" and "our" mean Honcho House and Velocity Sports Labs.

Online payments on this site are collected on our behalf by Wired Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria, through Paystack. Wired Intelligence Ltd is the name you will see on your bank or card statement.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable taxes. The price charged is the one shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD and other methods Paystack offers). We never see or store your full card details.
• While online card payments are being set up, paid tickets and merch can be ordered on WhatsApp (+234 901 538 5379) and paid by bank transfer to Wired Intelligence Ltd. We confirm each order on WhatsApp and send your e-tickets or order reference once the transfer arrives.
• Your order is confirmed only once Paystack confirms the payment. You will see your order reference on screen and can look it up again at any time.
• If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it is fulfilled.

3. Tickets and entry

• Each email address can hold one ticket per event, free or paid. To get tickets for other people, give each ticket that person's own email.
• Each ticket admits one person to the event and ticket type shown on it. Tickets are issued digitally right after payment and are checked at the gate.
• Each ticket code can be scanned once. Keep it private: whoever presents a valid code first is admitted. Do not resell tickets above face value.
• We may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks the code of conduct below, without a refund.
• Event dates, times, venues and line-ups may change. If they do, we will update this site and contact ticket holders. See the Refund Policy for what happens if an event is cancelled or moved.
• Events may be photographed, filmed and streamed. By attending you agree that you may appear in that content.

4. Merch preorders

• Merch is sold as a preorder. Items are collected in person at the merch stand on game day; we do not ship or deliver. Bring your order reference.
• Sizes, colours and quantities are as you choose at checkout. Product photos are a guide; small differences in colour or print can occur.
• If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
• Orders not collected on game day can be arranged for later pickup in Lagos, Nigeria by contacting us within 14 days.

5. Fan votes

• Paid votes count towards fan polls such as the crowd crown. Each vote is a digital item credited to your chosen option immediately after payment.
• Fan votes are for entertainment. They do not decide game results unless a poll clearly says otherwise. We may remove votes we believe are fraudulent or automated.

6. Code of conduct

Honcho House is a night out for everyone. At our events you agree to:

• respect players, officials, staff, volunteers and other fans: no violence, threats, harassment or discrimination;
• stay off the court and out of restricted areas unless invited;
• not bring weapons, illegal substances or anything the venue prohibits, and accept reasonable bag checks;
• follow instructions from event staff and security.

7. Site use and content

Names, logos, photos, video and stats on this site belong to Honcho House, Velocity Sports Labs or their partners and athletes. You may share links and clips for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape the site, interfere with it, or use it to break the law.

8. Liability

You attend events at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
